Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how visitors and buyers may use Spherical Bearing Hub, operated by TFL Bearing / Shandong Tefule Bearing Co., Ltd., and how RFQ, quotation, document, and order discussions should be understood.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Website Operator

Spherical Bearing Hub is a B2B industrial bearing website operated by TFL Bearing / Shandong Tefule Bearing Co., Ltd.. The website is intended for buyers, distributors, OEM teams, maintenance teams, and engineering contacts who need spherical roller bearing sourcing or RFQ review support.

Use of Website Content

Website content is provided for general purchasing, sourcing, and RFQ preparation. Product descriptions, application notes, cross-reference discussions, inspection notes, and document references should be checked against the buyer's actual model, suffix, equipment, load, speed, temperature, destination, and document requirements before purchase decisions are made.

Visitors may use public content for internal review, sourcing preparation, supplier comparison, and quotation discussion. Copying, republishing, scraping, or using website content in a way that misrepresents TFL Bearing or its services is not permitted.

RFQ Review and Product Information

RFQ responses depend on the information supplied by the buyer. Model numbers, suffixes, drawings, quantities, application conditions, destination, required documents, packing requirements, and timing all affect review results.

Website product pages do not by themselves confirm availability, price, interchange suitability, document scope, inspection scope, or delivery timing. Those details must be reviewed during the quotation process.

Cross-Reference and Brand References

Third-party brand names and model references may appear on the website only to identify a buyer's existing bearing reference or cross-reference request. TFL Bearing is independent from SKF, FAG, NSK, Timken, and other third-party brands unless a separate written statement says otherwise.

A dimensional or model comparison is not a final interchange decision. Buyers should confirm suffixes, cage design, clearance, bore type, fit, load, lubrication, sealing, and application conditions before approving replacement or sourcing decisions.

Quotations, Orders, and Availability

Any price, lead-time, availability, packing, document, or shipment discussion is subject to written quotation confirmation. Quotations may depend on model, size, quantity, material route, inspection scope, document requirements, destination, freight, currency, payment method, and validity period.

TFL Bearing does not use a fixed MOQ for this site. Single large bearing requests, maintenance replacements, distributor stock orders, and OEM BOMs can be reviewed by model, size, availability, destination, and shipment plan.

Documents, Certificates, and Inspection

Inspection reports, material certificates, RoHS or REACH statements, SGS-related references, packing photos, label requirements, and buyer inspection templates should be requested before quotation when they are important to the order.

Document availability and scope can differ by model, order route, supplier source, production batch, buyer template, language requirement, and deadline. Buyers should confirm document needs in writing before formal quotation or production.

Shipping, Import, and Compliance

Shipping terms, destination, import documents, HS code review, duties, taxes, customs clearance, insurance, and local compliance requirements depend on the buyer's country and order route. Buyers are responsible for confirming local import and use requirements unless separately agreed in writing.

Cancellations, Returns, and Claims

Cancellation, return, replacement, or claim handling depends on the confirmed quotation, order terms, production status, customization level, inspection record, packing condition, shipment status, and evidence supplied by the buyer. Buyers should inspect goods promptly after receipt and provide photos, videos, labels, packing details, and model markings if an issue is reported.

Limitation of Website Responsibility

Website information is not a substitute for engineering approval, safety review, machine manufacturer guidance, or application-specific bearing selection by qualified personnel. TFL Bearing is not responsible for decisions made from incomplete RFQ details, incorrect model references, unsuitable operating assumptions, or unconfirmed document requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when website functions, RFQ processes, business policies, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website means visitors accept the latest published version.
